Structure

After all I'm very satisfied of final look reached and of good real feel with radio panels on top.

For the structure I've used MDF 19mm assembled with glue and nail; before paint I've given 3 hands of "primer filler" then 4 hands of boeing brown acrylic paint and for the last, green acrylic paint inside for the final touch. The "receptacle strips" for DZUS get from a alluminium bar (depth 8mm) properly holed M4; each rivet holes are available every 9,5mm (though the standard is 3/8" - 9.53 mm). This give me the opportunity to move all the panels on top at my choice like in real pedestal structure. All measurements respect that real.

Now need to set the IOCARD inside and the panels on top...
